• Medium 22 Inches From Pit to Pit. 30 Inches in Length
• Large 23 Inches From Pit to Pit. 32 Inches in Length
• XL 25 Inches From Pit to Pit. 34 Inches in Length
• XXL 26 Inches From Pit to Pit. 35 Inches in Length

 Over the years companies have changed and adapted, so what was a Large in 2007 is not a Large in 2023. Nike is the majority producer of Licensed on Field Apparel. Most of their Jerseys now run smaller than the above listed proportion. Most notably, NBA Jersey which run very silm and short. (Nike) NFL Jersey are more normal size. On the reverse Basketball and Football Jerseys from the 2000's and before are bigger. We say Order one size down maybe 2 on Reeboks. 
Soccer on the other hand, has been Euro Cut and slim size for many years. Pre-2000 soccer was big and looked like a pillow case. Now everything across the board for every country and manufacture its all about the same size. We recommend ordering up a size if you are unsure.  Hockey is normal measurements but will be a few inches shorter on the cuffs.
